1. Education and socializing
Monthly meetings
- Monthly
meetings and lectures given by prominent speakers (e.g. Dr. Andrej Bajuk
- former Prime Minister of Slovenia, Mr. Iva Bizjak, Minister of Justice,
Dr.Franci Krizanic - Director of the National Institute of Economic
Affairs)
Future
meetings
- Annual
two-day workshop for all the members is scheduled for May, 17th-18th,
2002 at Celje. Ethical issues in business will be discussed. Dr.France
Arhar - the former governor of the Bank of Slovenia - has already confirmed
his active participation.
- The General
Assembly of the Union will take place in July 2002 associated with a
get-together social event.
- Visits
to companies of successful entrepreneurs - our members
- Activities
to recruit new members

Union promotion
- Preparation
of break-out + promotion scenario
- Press
conference in May 2002 to introduce ZKPS to the Slovene media
- Establishing
links with similar national professional associations and clubs of executives
(Rotary, Lions, etc.);
- Relations
with the lay organisations of Christians in Slovenia

Internet Home Page
ZKPS Internet home page public part has been accessible since Nov. 2001.
Since then we have been working on internal pages available for the ZKPS
members.

Church - Business Dialogue
Active dialogue with the Slovene Catholic Church representatives.

International co-operation
- Active
co-operation with the UNIAPAC International office in Brussels
- Participation
at the UNIAPAC World Congress in Buenos Aires is planned.
- Promotion
of UNIAPAC International activities on a national level (e.g. International
Business summer school) and participation at those events.
- Establishing
links with members of UNIAPAC - Europe, particularly with associations
from the Central and Eastern European countries (e.g. Croatia, Poland,
the Czech Republic) and with societies of Christian executives in the
neighbouring countries (Austria, Croatia, Italy, Hungary).
- Participation
